There New Balance 2002R “Protection Pack” returns with a new 2.0 pack.
The 2002R is one of the most loved and appreciated sneaker silhouettes of recent years. After almost a year since the last launch, the collection returns with new colorways, all characterized by some important innovations.
The new “Protection Pack” colorways maintain the deconstructed design that made the collection famous. The deconstructed look’s overlays are made of leather instead of suede, while the upper is made of a sturdy ripstop fabric that nods to the upcoming Fall Winter season. Another major change is the lacing system that has been modified, with the introduction of a toggle system that has replaced the normal sneaker laces with toggle laces, a detail rarely seen on New Balance sneakers.
